.Our Project Managers (PM) areresponsiblefortheexecutionoflowvoltagesystemprojectsinaccordancewithprojectbudgets,code compliance,andmanagingthefieldoperationsteam’sworkqualityandworkoutput.

Thispositionwillworkcloselywithoursalesteam,installation team,andclientstoensureasounddesign,seamless installation,andprofessionalcommissioningofourprojects.

ThePMisakeypositionforourgrowingteamandrequiresattentiontodetailinallaspectsofplanningandexecutingprojects.

Customerinterfaceandmanagementofstaffrequireahighdegreeofeffectivehumanrelations.

Communication skills,bothverbalandwritten,areimportantaspectsofthePMposition.

• Defineprojectscope,objectives,and deliverables.
• Developandmanageprojectbudgets,schedules,andworkplans.
• Assigntasksandmanageresourcestomeetprojectgoals.
• Coordinatewithinternaldepartments,subcontractors,and vendors.
• Ensurecompliancewithprojectspecifications,codes,andsafetystandards.
• Maintainaccurateprojectdocumentation(RFIs,submittals,change orders,equipment logs,meeting minutes).

• Developconstructionschedulesandmanpowerplans.
• Conductpre-construction,progress,andclose-out meetings.
• Interfacewithinspectorsandensureallpermitsandfeesareobtained.
• Trackmaterialdeliveriesandadjustschedulesasneededtomaintainprogress.

• Prepareandmanagebudgets,cost forecasts,andbillingschedules.
• Review,estimate,andprocesschangeorders.
• Supportpositivecashflowandassistwithprojectclose-out analysis.

• Serveastheprimarycustomercontactforallprojectphases.
• Collaborate with Sales,Engineering,Service,andField
  
  Operation steams.
• Identifyandresolveprojectissuesorconflictsefficiently.

• 3-5yearsofprojectmanagementexperiencein
  firealarm,life safety,DAS,MDU,orlowvoltageconstruction

• Provenabilitytomanageprojectsfrominceptionthroughcompletion.
• Strongfamiliaritywithprojectmanagementsoftware,methodologies,andbestpractices.
• Excellent problem-solving,analytical,andorganizationalskills.
• Exceptionalcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
• Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneouslyinafast-paced environment.
• Valid California driver’slicensewithacleandrivingrecord.
