.Our Project Managers (PM) areresponsiblefortheexecutionoflowvoltagesystemprojectsinaccordancewithprojectbudgets,code compliance,andmanagingthefieldoperationsteam’sworkqualityandworkoutput.
Thispositionwillworkcloselywithoursalesteam,installation team,andclientstoensureasounddesign,seamless installation,andprofessionalcommissioningofourprojects.
ThePMisakeypositionforourgrowingteamandrequiresattentiontodetailinallaspectsofplanningandexecutingprojects.
Customerinterfaceandmanagementofstaffrequireahighdegreeofeffectivehumanrelations.
Communication skills,bothverbalandwritten,areimportantaspectsofthePMposition.
- Defineprojectscope,objectives,and deliverables.
- Developandmanageprojectbudgets,schedules,andworkplans.
- Assigntasksandmanageresourcestomeetprojectgoals.
- Coordinatewithinternaldepartments,subcontractors,and vendors.
- Ensurecompliancewithprojectspecifications,codes,andsafetystandards.
- Maintainaccurateprojectdocumentation(RFIs,submittals,change orders,equipment logs,meeting minutes).
- Developconstructionschedulesandmanpowerplans.
- Conductpre-construction,progress,andclose-out meetings.
- Interfacewithinspectorsandensureallpermitsandfeesareobtained.
- Trackmaterialdeliveriesandadjustschedulesasneededtomaintainprogress.
- Prepareandmanagebudgets,cost forecasts,andbillingschedules.
- Review,estimate,andprocesschangeorders.
- Supportpositivecashflowandassistwithprojectclose-out analysis.
- Serveastheprimarycustomercontactforallprojectphases.
- Collaborate with Sales,Engineering,Service,andField
Operation steams. - Identifyandresolveprojectissuesorconflictsefficiently.

- 3-5yearsproficientinstallationskillsandunderstandingoffirealarmsystems
- 3-5yearsofprojectmanagementexperiencein
firealarm,life safety,DAS,MDU,orlowvoltageconstruction
. - Provenabilitytomanageprojectsfrominceptionthroughcompletion.
- Strongfamiliaritywithprojectmanagementsoftware,methodologies,andbestpractices.
- Excellent problem-solving,analytical,andorganizationalskills.
- Exceptionalcommunicationandinterpersonalskills.
- Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneouslyinafast-paced environment.
- Valid California driver’slicensewithacleandrivingrecord.
