The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating technicians, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support related to HVAC and plumbing products and services.

- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of call center experience
- 1+ year of dispatching experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Team player who is conscientious
- Honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
- Flexible availability and reliable transportation
- Computer and software knowledge is a plus
- Stand/Sit:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time - May be required to bend, climb stairs/ladders, do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb by lifting, carrying, or pushing
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $26-$30 per hour plus bonuses, based on experience. The actual base pay depends on many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
