The Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching technicians, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support related to HVAC/ Plumbing products and services.

What you will do:
- Dispatch our technicians to customer homes
- Book in-bound calls and emails to customers
- Sell products and services to existing customers
- Handle calls from overflow
- Dispatch maintenance technicians to customers
What you bring:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ year of call center experience
- 1+ year of dispatching experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude
- Flexible availability and reliable transportation
- Computer/software knowledge is a plus
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
- May be required to bend, climb (stairs/ladders), perform repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- May be required to maneuver up to 25 lbs by lifting, carrying, or pushing
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $26-$30 plus bonuses, based on experience. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands.
Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good-faith estimate for this position.
