- Assist the orthodontist during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols.
- Take and develop x-rays as directed by the orthodontist.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-operative care, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Order and manage dental supplies, ensuring that the office remains well-stocked and organized.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support administrative duties as needed, including answering phones and greeting patients
- Collaborate with the dental team to improve patient flow and the overall patient experience.
- Valid RDA or OA license and certification in CPR and other relevant dental certifications as required by law.
- Orthodontic experience preferred, but not required for highly motivated candidates.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient care.
