Physician, Physical Medicine & Rehab (Fremont, CA)

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time, board‑certified or board‑eligible Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician with a passion for interventional spine and outpatient care.

As a full-time provider in a well‑established interventional spine practice, you will deliver primary and tertiary care in a state‑of‑the‑art outpatient medical center with an extensive internal referral network and ambulatory surgery capabilities at a Sutter Health‑affiliated campus.

• Fully established interventional spine practice with an extensive internal referral network
• State‑of‑the‑art outpatient medical center with collaborative ancillary support
• Full‑time: 35 patient contact hours per week
• Sutter Health–affiliated ambulatory surgery center conveniently located on campus

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Fellowship in Interventional Spine or Pain Management preferred
