We are seeking a Portfolio Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Banking team.

• Perform risk rating on new and existing loans, analyzing financial statements, industry risks, collateral requirements, loan structuring, pricing, and credit analysis to recommend lending decisions.
• Recommend structure of credit for approval.

• Develop solutions for problem loans.
• Maintain credit risk and quality of the portfolio.

• Maintain the loan portfolio.
• Maintain and expand client relationships.
• Manage loan renewal processes.

• Participate in community and business events.
• Develop deposit services relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of banking experience.
• Strong understanding of credit policy and procedures; accurate risk‑rating of cash‑flow and collateral‑based loans.
• Experience developing problem‑loan solutions.
• Knowledge of Treasury, FX, and derivative products with ability to coordinate resources for full‑service solutions.

Base pay range: $75,000 – $150,000 per year. Final offer based on experience and location.
