OverviewWe are seeking a Portfolio Manager for the Commercial Real Estate Banking team.
Responsibilities Underwriting- Perform risk rating on new and existing loans, analyzing financial statements, industry risks, collateral requirements, loan structuring, pricing, and credit analysis to recommend lending decisions.
- Recommend structure of credit for approval.
- Develop solutions for problem loans.
- Maintain credit risk and quality of the portfolio.
- Maintain the loan portfolio.
- Maintain and expand client relationships.
- Manage loan renewal processes.
- Participate in community and business events.
- Develop deposit services relationships.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of banking experience.
- Strong understanding of credit policy and procedures; accurate risk‑rating of cash‑flow and collateral‑based loans.
- Experience developing problem‑loan solutions.
- Knowledge of Treasury, FX, and derivative products with ability to coordinate resources for full‑service solutions.
Base pay range: $75,000 – $150,000 per year. Final offer based on experience and location.
