Our company focuses on delivering high‑quality IT hardware, software, and support services. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part‑Time Controller to oversee and manage our financial operations.

The Part‑Time Controller will play a critical role in managing the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting. This position requires a strategic thinker with a solid understanding of global accounting practices and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, compliance, and reporting across multiple countries.

• Oversee all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cost accounting.
• Manage financial reporting and ensure timely and accurate delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage outside experts to ensure compliance with global tax regulations and filings, including VAT, GST, and other relevant taxes.
• Develop and maintain internal control policies, procedures, and documentation to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management to optimize profitability and growth.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, including foreign currency transactions, ensuring the company meets its financial obligations.
• Assist with M&A activities, due diligence, and integration of acquired entities.
• Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams across multiple regions to align on financial strategies and operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in accounting or financial management, with at least 3 years in a controller or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS) and local GAAP across key markets.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books) and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing cross‑border financial operations and foreign exchange transactions.
