- 3+ years of experience as a financial or wealth advisor.
- FINRA licensing (Series 7 & 66 or equivalent) and Life & Health license.
- Desire to expand services and access more planning tools and support.
- Collaborative mindset with a drive to grow.
- Full advisory platform including fee-based planning.
- Wealth management, insurance, and retirement planning divisions.
