As an Investment Consultant(IC) at Schwab, youhave the opportunity tolearnand grow within our Branch Networkatthe ground floor.

The first foray into the path towards becoming a Financial Consultant(FC) at Schwab, the ICrole provides the exposure and experiencerequiredto advanceinthis challenging space.

You’lllearn what it takes to build a book of business through proactive, outbound calls to existing Schwab clients,uncoveringopportunitiesthrough needs-based analysis and positioning appropriate product sand solutions.

You’llobserveour skilled FCs and learn how todeliver unparalleled value and service through collaboration and mentoring.

Required Qualifications:

• A valid and active Series 7 license is required(license may be obtained under a condition of employment through Branch Network Licensing Program)

• A valid and active Series 66 (63/65) license required(license(s) may be obtained under a condition of employment)

• A valid and active Life and Health Insurance license is required(may be obtained under a condition of employment)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in the financial services industry

• Ability to leverage
  
  Business development experience

• Passion for gaining knowledge of brokerage/banking products and services

• Openness to build strong client relationships
