Summary

The Tax Manager - High Net Worth/Estates & Trusts role is a pivotal leadership position within the firm, offering the opportunity to oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of tax engagements. The Tax Manager will be responsible for leading a team of tax professionals, ensuring timely and accurate completion of ore tax returns, and providing strategic tax planning advice to کسی clients.

With a focus on client service excellence, this role will cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, working with the partner in delivering planning opportunities and tax solutions to clients.   • Manage and review complex tax returns, including corporate, partnership, individual, gift, estate, and trust tax filings.

  • Devise innovative solutions for complex tax issues, leveraging deep understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures throughout all stages of client engagements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
  • Master's degree in accounting, tax, or related field is required.
  • CPA or EA license is required.
  • 7-8+ years of experience preparing and reviewing tax returns required.
  • Strong tax technical knowledge, including analytical research, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in gift and estate planning involving trusts and preparation or review of forms 709 & 706.
  • Experience and knowledge in interplay of income tax (1040, 1041, 1065) and estate tax (709 & 706).
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software and financial analysis tools.
  • Ability to provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns.
  • Stay current on legislation and related issues and have an understanding of how tax laws impact particular industries to provide client guidance and solutions.
  • Experience in representing client in tax audits.
  • Display in-depth understanding of the tax rules in area(s) of specialization.
  • Leadership skills to mentor and develop team members.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Ability to build relationships and interact with clients to provide excellent planning, compliance and consulting services.
