The primary focus of the Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor is to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, you will guide customers on their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides extensive training to ensure you have the knowledge needed to succeed. Bring your passion and personality—we'll handle the rest!

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers about current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
