Responsibilities
  • Lead, plan, manage, and execute all Professional Services business development activities focused on Healthcare Financials and/or Supply Chain Management solutions
  • Collaborate with Workday Account Executives to drive Workday Subscription sales in the Healthcare market segment
  • Develop deployment strategies and plans for successful project implementation
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with Workday Service Partners and assess project training needs
  • Negotiate and close Professional Services Agreements and Statements of Work
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of business, implementation consulting sales, and/or subscription sales experience with ERP solutions, particularly in Financials and/or Supply Chain Management
  • 6+ years of proven experience with Workday and/or SaaS Financials and/or Supply Chain Management solutions
  • 6+ years of experience in the healthcare provider industry
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze financial and market information
  • Proven ability in professional services sales with exceptional consultative selling skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Healthcare Financials and/or Supply Chain Management solutions
  • Familiarity with consulting or software “as a service” models
  • Strong relationship-building skills with effective communication and empathy
  • Proven track record of understanding client needs and effectively communicating value
  • Experience in Financials and/or Supply Chain Management Project Delivery as a PM, Architect, Consultant, or Functional lead
