Director of Pharmacy

Lead a home infusion pharmacy where clinical pharmacy is part of the job, not an afterthought. You'll oversee sterile compounding, dispensing, and clinical care for patients receiving IV therapy at home, and you'll have a real say in how the pharmacy runs.

• Lead the pharmacy team day to day, including hiring, training, and performance
• Own the clean room and sterile compounding process
• Step into clinical pharmacist duties when the team needs you
• Help set the pharmacy's budget and performance goals

• Current, unrestricted California pharmacist license
• 5+ years of pharmacy operations experience, including clinical home infusion

• BS in Pharmacy required;
  PharmD or MS preferred
