• Lead and manage Salesforce projects and programs from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Apply Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and track project progress, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives.
• Oversee Salesforce Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations, customizations, and integrations with internal and third‑party systems.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, proactively providing solutions to ensure timely project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and best practices in project management.
• Provide clear reporting and updates to executive leadership on project status, budget, and resource allocation.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in project or program management, with a focus on Salesforce implementations and system integrations.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience leading Agile teams.
• Proven ability to work effectively with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Experience managing complex system integrations, data migrations, and platform enhancements.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Project Manager) are a plus.
