As our foundational Frontend Developer, you’ll be the architect of the human‑AI partnership. This isn’t just about building dashboards; it’s about crafting a cognitive experience. You will lead the development of our frontend, turning a sea of complex, multi‑domain data into clear, actionable insights. Your work will directly empower SREs to understand, collaborate with, and trust our AI teammate, giving them back time while maintaining control.

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, high‑performance frontend applications.
• Translate complex datasets into intuitive visualizations and dashboards that empower SREs.
• Collaborate closely with AI, backend, and product teams to build AI‑first user experiences.
• Maintain and evolve our design system and enforce consistent UI patterns.

• Expert in React and modern high‑performance patterns.
• Deep Type Script knowledge; strong grasp of complex type systems and generics.
• Experience with advanced data visualization using libraries like D3.js or WebGL.
• Experience with micro‑frontend architectures and building scalable, modular systems.
• History of creating and maintaining enterprise‑grade design systems.
• Proficient with modern styling approaches, such as Tailwind CSS or CSS‑in‑JS.
• Strong command of creating sophisticated dashboards and analytics interfaces.
• Bonus: experience with AI/ML interfaces and Explainable AI (XAI).
• 5+ years of experience in frontend engineering.
