Primary work: 24x7 On-call support and setting up monitoring dashboards; working with Dev Ops team on setup - launch readiness and post launch activities – Limited market release and Full Mark release in US/ Outside US.
Need candidates with Excellent Communication skills.
Mandatory skills:
- Hands on experience in working with Azure Cloud and Azure Cloud Resources.
- Total 7-10 years of cloud migration experience preferably on-prem to cloud, hands on experience with cloud technologies like compute, networking, storage, deep understanding of system knowledge especially debugging applications, operating systems, databases.
- Recently have been on call for support for production troubleshooting and incident management. (2 years)
- Familiarity, certified and hands on experience with Kubernetes, helm, terraform, Grafana, Prometheus, datadog, Jenkins, ArgoCD, devops pipelines. (> 2 years)
- Some scripting skills to support devops team automation. Performance tuning skills around Java applications and databases. (> 2 years)
- Configuration management skills to read documentation and implement the technology stack. For example, installing Grafana or Kubernetes etc. (> 1 year)
- Good communication, collaboration and documentation skills to build runbooks. (
