• Lead analytics for loyalty initiatives, including customer segmentation, offer performance, and lifetime value modeling
• Forecast and model costs of loyalty offers, benefits, and incentives in partnership with Finance and Loyalty stakeholders
• Build and automate data pipelines using GCP to support scalable reporting and dashboarding
• Create compelling presentations and white papers that influence senior leadership and drive strategic decisions
• Collaborate with Data Science, eCommerce, and Digital Product teams on cross‑functional initiatives
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights tailored to diverse audiences, from business units to executives
• Inform and interpret results of A/B tests and causal inference studies to evaluate program effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline; advanced degree (e.g., MS, PhD) is a plus
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or product analytics, ideally in retail, e‑commerce, or marketing
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with ETL workflows; familiarity with GCP, Databricks, or similar platforms
• Experience with experimentation design and causal inference techniques
• Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments; able to seamlessly transform business questions into analytical frameworks
• Experience with dashboarding tools like Tableau, Power
  
  BI, or Looker
• Bonus: proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling; experience with loyalty programs, CRM analytics, or customer lifecycle modeling

Salary range: $62,700–$80,740 annually. Starting salary varies by location, experience and qualifications.
