Join 1 st United Credit Union as a strategic technology leader. The VP of IT & Cyber Security will oversee enterprise infrastructure, cloud solutions, cybersecurity programs, and business planning. This executive role drives innovation, operational excellence, and security compliance while fostering a collaborative, member-first culture.

• Lead IT operations, infrastructure, and security programs; report KPIs monthly.
• Develop and execute long-range technology and cybersecurity strategies.
• Ensure system availability, disaster recovery readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and IT projects to deliver on time and within scope.
• Champion automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team; promote continuous learning.

• 10-15 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications in IT or cybersecurity.
• Expertise in cloud environments, networking, security protocols, and enterprise systems (Symitar/EASE preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Typical office work environment. Hybrid work schedule may be available after successful completion of initial onboarding and training period.

Salary Wage will range from $185k to $225k per year. This salary range represents the base pay for grade 17 and does not include additional perks. Final compensation will be determined based on qualification, experience, and location.
