We are seeking a hybrid Solution Architect who can drive end-to-end customer success—from pre‑sales technical strategy, solution design, and PoC execution, to post‑sales implementation, onboarding, and long‑term adoption. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong project leadership to deliver measurable business value to customers.
Key Responsibilities Pre‑Sales Technical Discovery & Solution Engineering- Lead technical discovery calls to understand client requirements and integration environments.
- Architect scalable CRM solutions aligned with business needs.
- Deliver product demos and technical presentations to business and technical stakeholders.
- Create SOWs, PoC plans, architecture documents, and solution blueprints.
- Support complex sales cycles, security reviews, and functional evaluations.
- Partner with sales teams to build technical strategies and differentiators.
- Own full lifecycle implementations from kickoff to go‑live.
- Conduct discovery sessions to map processes and configure solutions.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Lead configuration, customization, and data migration with technical teams.
- Conduct user training, create best‑practice materials, and ensure client readiness.
- Perform system testing, validation, and deployment coordination.
- Ensure clients achieve measurable adoption and ROI.
- Maintain ongoing communication to support product utilization.
- Provide technical feedback to Product and identify expansion opportunities.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with C‑level and operational stakeholders.
- 3–5 years of experience in solutions engineering, software implementation, or enterprise SaaS.
- Strong expertise with CRM, ERP, or enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to design scalable solutions.
- Excellent discovery, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in custom CRM implementations or integrations.
- PMP/Prince2 certification.
- Consulting or professional services background.
- Mandarin/English bilingual ability preferred but not required.
- MBA or advanced technical/business certifications.
