About

The Role

In this role, you will design highly scalable and high-performing technology solutions in an Agile work environment by developing creative, innovative and sustainable solutions using Agile practices. You will collaborate closely with business support teams, product managers, security and architecture to assist in influencing the strategic aspects of technical direction of the organization through the latest in technology and automation. You are a thought leader and will lead through the requirements gathering, design, development, deployment, and support phases of a product.

You will leverage your strategic agility and thought leadership to advance the technology and architecture and influence the direction of the product and organization.

What You’ll Do

• Influence the vision of the product and organization by leading significant and complex projects that result in high-performing technology and by navigating solutions at senior levels.

• Develop and enhance software to solve for design success and address future technologies by keeping customer experience at the forefront.

• Lead and model a Dev Ops mindset by applying automation, continuous integration and continuous delivery in everything we do delivering creative solutions to highly complex initiatives.

• Foster organizational innovation and shape long-term strategic direction by applying best practices and learnings from emerging technologies.

• Serve as technical authority within the organization to influence direction of the product and organization and provide leadership to large cross-functional teams including senior levels.

• Mentor and recognize thought leadership creating an environment where people can achieve their best.

• Facilitate and build a team creating a highly collaborative environment and high-performing team.

Who You Are

• Demonstrated business success through innovation and achieving organizational alignment.

• Strategic partner and thought leader with experience in influencing all levels.

• Thought leader within Software Delivery Lifecycle, Security Compliance and Agile and SCRUM methodology and emerging technology stack and platforms.

• Demonstrated success of leading senior and diverse teams.

• Expert knowledge of complex software languages and platforms such as Java, Oracle, Azure, etc. and emerging languages.

Salary Range: $236,700 - $319,500 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
