Job Summary

The IT Resiliency Principal, Governance and Stakeholder Engagement serves as the strategic lead responsible for driving enterprise‑wide resiliency governance, executive communication, and stakeholder alignment across technology and business functions.

In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position manages support for customers, assigned applications, and information systems, including software implementation, integration across functions and regions, complex configuration, system testing, and customization of software utilities.

Drives the execution of multiple work streams by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and updating procedures and policies; translating business strategy into actionable business requirements; gaining cross‑functional support; and guiding performance and developing contingency plans.

  • Practices self‑leadership, promotes learning, builds collaborative, cross‑functional relationships, and mentors team members.
  • Leads a team of IT consultants in the development of requirements for process or system solutions spanning multiple business domains.
  • Leverages multiple business requirements gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non‑functional requirements (e.g., SMART) across the enterprise.
  • Oversees development and documentation of comprehensive business cases to assess costs, benefits, ROI, and TCO of unique or complex solution proposals.
  • Leads the evolution of applications, systems, and processes to a desired future state, translating current processes and impact analysis.
  • Maps current state against future state processes and defines impact on upstream/downstream solution components.
  • Provides insight to executive management and business leaders on integrating requirements with current systems and processes.
  • Reviews, evaluates, and prioritizes value gaps and opportunities for process enhancements or efficiencies.
  • Leads solution design sessions with IT teams, translating requirements into workable solutions.
  • Recommends additional data/services needed for key business issues related to process or solution design.
  • Evaluates third‑party vendors as directed.
  • Drives continuous process improvement by developing, implementing, and maintaining standardized tools, templates, and processes.
  • Recommends regional and national process improvements aligned with sustainable best practices and strategic goals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum three (3) years experience in software or system testing across multiple IT environments.
  • Minimum two (2) years software or application development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field and at least ten (10) years experience in IT consulting, business analysis, or a related field (equivalent work experience may substitute for the degree).
