We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with deep expertise in Lead-to-Pipeline processes.
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document requirements for Lead-to-Pipeline processes within Salesforce.
- Optimize lead routing, assignment, and qualification workflows to improve conversion rates.
- Implement and manage automation using tools like Lean Data, Groove, MS Copilot, Regie.ai, and
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Lean Data, Groove, MS Copilot, Regie.ai, and
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaborate across multiple teams.
