About The Team
The BT Risk Management team is part of the CIO org under the Strategy and Operations pillar. We support the BT and Enterprise teams in insuring that we meet the highest Compliance and Risk Management requirements to ensure a Secure by Design application deployment and ensuring security and control hygiene.

About The Role
This broader team is responsible for technology governance, compliance, and risk programs. The primary responsibility will be to work with various business units and stakeholders including Security, Cloud Operations, IT, Development, Infrastructure and Compliance, etc. to assess security issues/gaps and communicate the impact to business management and agree remediation actions and timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Program Development and Implementation:
  Collaboration cross functionally to design, develop, and launch new initiatives to promote governance, risk, and compliance awareness, education, and standardize methodologies across the organization
• Organizational Engagement:
  Build strong partnerships with business leaders, security partners, and employees to foster a collaborative and supportive environment
• Metrics and Evaluation:
  Establish Outcome-Driven Metrics (ODMs) to measure the effectiveness of the culture transformation program and continuously refine initiatives based on data-driven insights and organizational feedback
• Change Management:
  Lead change management efforts…
