Onsite Printer Support Technician

Pay Range: $18.63 - $24.39

Monitor assigned systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems on supported hardware and software using established protocols. Identify incident trends and elevate incidents within strict time frames while following documented procedures. Perform routine installations and configurations, including assembling and integrating system/products according to standard protocols. Respond to common service, product, technical, and customer-relations inquiries, addressing issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Execute approved and documented scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.

High School Diploma/GED or higher secondary education, or commensurate work experience with demonstrated competence. Typically 2-5 years of related experience, preferably in maintenance, quality, or a related field. Ability to manage consumable inventory and ensure adequate toner/consumables/paper availability at customer sites. Hands-on experience clearing paper jams and assisting end users with device functionality. Comfort working with scripted processes and maintaining data confidentiality while supporting daily production goals with minimal supervision.
