We are looking for an experienced AI Implementation Architect with expertise in Healthcare and Epic EHR to lead the design and deployment of AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will drive AI adoption, integrate solutions with Epic and healthcare platforms, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement AI/GenAI solutions for healthcare use cases.
- Integrate AI applications with Epic using FHIR, HL7, and APIs.
- Collaborate with business, clinical, and technology stakeholders.
- Architect scalable solutions on Azure and modern data platforms.
- Establish AI governance, security, and compliance practices.
- Lead end-to-end delivery from solution design through deployment.
- 10+ years of IT experience with a Solution/Enterprise Architecture background.
- 3+ years of Healthcare domain experience.
- Hands-on experience with Epic EHR integrations and workflows.
- Experience with Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot, or AI/ML platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud, APIs, SQL, and data platforms.
- Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, and healthcare interoperability standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Epic certification(s) preferred.
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Databricks, and Healthcare AI solutions.
- TOGAF or cloud architect certifications are a plus
