Meet with potential clients to evaluate their current insurance coverage and identify areas for improvement.

Develop and execute local outreach strategies to connect with families and businesses in the Pleasanton area.

Guide individuals through the process of selecting home, auto, and life insurance policies that provide true peace of mind.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure all policy updates are handled with care and precision.

Collaborate with the agency owner to track performance goals and refine sales tactics.

Provide ongoing support to current policyholders, answering questions and adjusting coverage as their lives evolve.

Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Demonstrable history of successfully managing sales pipelines and client relationships.

Strong comfort level with public speaking and community networking.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic agency management software.

Exceptional attention to detail regarding policy documentation and regulatory compliance.
