Position: Material Handler II

Start Time: 7:00 AM
End Time: 3:30 PM
Duration: 6-8 Month Contract with possibility of extension
Job Summary
The Material Handler II is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring materials are delivered to designated areas in a timely and efficient manner. This role supports manufacturing and assembly operations while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform material movements both physically and within ERP systems.
• Generate and process work orders using the ERP system.
• Complete work order receipts accurately in the ERP system.
• Conduct cycle counts as required to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support the coordination and flow of materials through manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Handle chemicals in designated areas, with proper training provided.
• Work overtime as required to meet business needs.
• Support company initiatives, including Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.
• Comply with U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, company policies, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Maintain positive and cooperative communication with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
