- Develops and manages corporate marketing initiatives based on the company’s strategic business goals, including marketing and communication plans designed to expand corporate visibility within targeted markets.
- Manage and provide product marketing service for creating the artwork for packaging, product specifications, graphics, and package/product design.
- Manage and coordinate the Graphic design team members to collaborate with Birddog, Web design service provider to maintain company websites and make updates as required.
- Work with UBQ Network Consortium members and support CSO/GM of UBQ to define and refine marketing strategy, collateral and video preparations.
- Leads and manages daily operation of marketing team, including setting assignment goals, motivating and mentoring individuals to perform at maximum efficiency.
- Provides creative suggestions on the content, design, and production of all marketing communication materials, videos, and ensuring consistency of brand and corporate identity.
- Create, update and maintain new hire training modules in Marketing, and schedule the different trainers to participate in a new hire training course.
- Plan and execute sales support and marketing campaigns to support global marketing needs.
- Overseas trade show and event strategy and participation when needed. Also determines how to benefit from participation in other activities of the professional organizations that represent targeted industries.
- Manages and coordinates the Public Relations contractor, including advertising, social media, editorials, webinars and blogs. Coordinates with Fructidor to transplant US marketing content and marketing activities to expand the international marketplace.
- Proposes marketing budget as part of the marketing planning process, and overseas execution of the plan.
- Implements procedures within the marketing department to improve productivity, including review and analysis of software additions and upgrades.
- Reports to and assists CEO/Designate with establishing a clear understanding of ongoing Flashtrak, UBQ and Cold chain sales challenges to determine opportunities for marketing assistance.

Salary: $90,000.00 to $95,000.00
