As a Full‑Time Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Pleasanton, CA. The scheduled hours anticipated will be Monday‑Friday 8am‑5pm.

• Conduct physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Perform procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develop patient care plans, record progress, and ensure continuity of care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribe or recommend treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Refer patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
• Maintain patient health records and ensure accurate and up‑to‑date documentation.
• Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Maintain state RN licenses/certificates to practice.
• Maintain Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice.
• Maintain State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable).
• Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable).
• State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state.
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required).
• Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (with Nursing stated on credentials).
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers;
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.
• At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department setting.

Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $155,200 - $ annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.
