This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff/Principal Scientist in Peptide/Nucleic Acid Chemistry at our Pleasanton, CA office. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and synthesizing peptides and nucleic acids, optimizing synthetic methods, and analyzing complex biochemical data. Additionally, the scientist will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to advance research projects and contribute to the development of our proteomics platform.
Qualifications- Experience in peptide and nucleic acid synthesis.
- Proficiency in optimizing synthetic methods and techniques.
- Strong skills in biochemical data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field with relevant postdoctoral or industrial experience.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with proteomics or drug development is a plus.
