Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 annually.

Assisting the Executive Chef, you will supervise and prepare food, develop daily menus, oversee hourly associates and collaborate on new menu development and ordering.

• Assist the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and controlling expenditures for the account.
• Assist the Executive Chef with planning and creating menus.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with company marketing and the culinary team.

• A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or culinary certificate and required experience.
• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Catering experience.
• High‑volume, complex food service operations experience.
• Institutional and batch‑cooking experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends focused on quality, production, sanitation, food‑cost controls, and presentation.
• Computer proficiency:
  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, e‑mail, Internet.
• Willingness to participate in patient satisfaction programs/activities.
• Serv Safe certified (highly desirable).
