The Waitperson is responsible for the set-up, delivery and clean-up of the meal period for which he/she is responsible. The Waitperson is also responsible for providing service in a friendly and congenial manner.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $19.55 to $23.47/hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.

Education: High school graduation or equivalent G.E.D., preferred.

Training and

Experience:

Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service establishment preferred. California Food Handler.

The final candidate must successfully pass Eskaton's post offer, pre-employment testing which includes a criminal background check, drug test, TB screen test and health screen.
