As a Chanel Fragrance and Beauty Brand Expert, you will be the face of our prestigious brand, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while promoting and selling our luxurious beauty and fragrance line. Your role will involve engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and creating an inviting atmosphere that reflects the elegance of Chanel. You will utilize your expertise in beauty and cosmetics sales to drive brand loyalty and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and assisting them with their fragrance selections.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the unique qualities of Chanel fragrances.
• Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display that aligns with brand standards.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Assist with stocking inventory and ensuring products are readily available for customers.
• Engage in social media management to promote products and enhance brand visibility online.
• Utilize salon software for scheduling appointments and managing client interactions effectively.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills through effective phone etiquette when handling inquiries.
• Apply basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and inventory management.

Ideal candidates will possess a background in retail sales, particularly within the beauty and cosmetics industry. Experience with makeup application is a plus, as is familiarity with merchandising techniques. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele. Strong organizational skills, time management capabilities, and a passion for the beauty industry are essential for success in this role.
