The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Store Manager oversees and is accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures.

The Store Manager ensures maximum sales and profitability by managing store operations, controlling expenses, monitoring shrinkage, leading human resources management, and maintaining merchandising and inventory control.

• Minimum age requirement: 21 years old.
• Prior retail management experience required.
• Physical demands: more than 8 hours standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
