Overview

Purple Eagle, the parent company of seven Hand and Stone spas in California and Arizona is seeking a rock star retail sales person to join our team. We are growing quickly with plans for 25-50 spas in the next five years that will lead to significant advancement opportunities. • We offer $18/hour plus commissions and incentive trips

• Sell memberships & gift cards
• Create a pampering experience for our customers
• Answer phones and book appointments
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Team player
• Perform various other duties as assigned

• Track record of retail sales experience is preferred
• Desire to be in a sales position
• Experience hitting a sales quota is a plus.
• Excellent personal appearance, good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
