Mid‑Market Account Executive – Human Capital Management Solutions

Location:

Pleasanton, CA

Compensation: $80K–$95K base + uncapped commission | $150K+ 1st Year OTE

As a Mid‑Market Account Executive, you’ll drive new business by selling a comprehensive HR solution that combines SaaS cloud technology, labor law compliance, and dedicated HR experts to help business owners streamline operations, stay compliant, and focus on growth.

What You’ll Do
  • Hunt and close new mid‑market accounts (50–150 employees) within your territory
  • Conduct consultative, ROI‑driven conversations with Presidents, CEOs, and CFOs
  • Collaborate with internal payroll partners and CPA networks for qualified referrals
  • Maintain an active pipeline: 75–100 touches weekly, 8 appointments, and 1–2 deals monthly
  • Represent an award‑winning organization with over seven years of double‑digit growth
