Salesforce Apex Senior Technical Lead with Lightning Framework

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce administration, Salesforce Apex development, and Salesforce Lightning. They will play a key role in managing technical aspects of Salesforce projects, including customization, configuration, and development, to meet business requirements and objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and guide a team of Salesforce administrators and developers in the implementation and customization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex code, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other related technologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Configure Salesforce platform based on best practices and ensure data integrity and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, performance problems, and system errors in Salesforce applications.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features to leverage them for enhancing existing solutions and developing new functionalities.
  • Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization to ensure high-quality and efficient Salesforce implementations.

    • Skill Requirements

  • Proficient in Salesforce administration tasks such as user management, security settings, data management, and workflow automation.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning web components.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, layouts, and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning platform and building responsive UI components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure to deliver projects on time.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

    • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Cert
