Web Application Developer

The Information & Technology Services division needs a dynamic Web Application Developer to work within a national service organization that supports the Identity and Access Management Program. Our group is comprised of a collaborative team that supports strategic initiatives such as identity and access governance, convergence of physical and logical access, cloud and mobile access and advancing emerging technologies. This is a great opportunity for you to use your unique skills.

You will have the opportunity to handle user interface design and development, mid-tier and back-end development as well as feature upgrades and fixes for existing products.

• 2+ years of experience with Identity Management concepts and technologies
• Working knowledge of BMC, SailPoint, IBM Tivoli, or Oracle Identity Management suites
• Experience with Grails and Groovy

• Technical Skills and Experience
• 2+ years of experience in web application development and support
• 2+ years of experience with Java/J2EE development with excellent object-oriented analysis, design, and programming skills
• Experience with relational database design and development
• Ability to work using an Agile software development process, such as Scrum
• Experience with source code management and change control
