Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Design, develop, and implement Dev Ops solutions, React.js, and full-stack Java applications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.

Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain code quality and functionality.

Implement best practices in software development and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth project execution.

Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in Dev Ops, React.js, and full-stack development.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (master's preferred).

7+ years of experience as a Full-stack Developer.

Experience building applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Experience with JSON and XML.

Experience developing services using SOAP and REST.

Proficient in object-oriented design patterns for separation of concerns, code reusability, security, and performance.

Ability to write clean, well-architected code.

Strong communication skills and passion for development best practices and test-driven development.

Solid understanding of testing methodologies : unit, integration, contract, functional, performance testing.

Strong database skills (preferred).

Experience with Angular or React.

Familiarity with Unix / Linux environments and command-line (Bash, Ksh).

Experience with CI / CD tools such as Jenkins.

Knowledge of source control management.

Experience with caching frameworks such as Redis.

Pay & Benefits

Pay Range : $68,000 – $139,700 per year (depending on skills, experience, and location).

Performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
