As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist, you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future, helping them make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money. You will build client relationships that will grow stronger each year.

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
• Schedule clients as they would like to be scheduled
• Help ensure all clients’ needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
• Sales/marketing experience
