What You’ll Do:
Be the friendly facethat welcomes customers and makes them feel right at home.
Listen closely to customer concerns and explain service recommendations in a way that’sclear and confidence-building.
Partner with our skilled technicians to ensure accurate communication and top-quality repairs.
Keep customers updated every step of the way — from check-in to vehicle delivery.
Go the extra mile to createwow moments that turn first-time visitors into lifelong Ford of Pleasanton fans.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of Service Advisor experience
(Ford or domestic brand experience is a big plus!).Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
A people person with outstanding communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment.
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
