• Listen closely to customer concerns and explain service recommendations in a way that’sclear and confidence-building.

• Partner with our skilled technicians to ensure accurate communication and top-quality repairs.

• Keep customers updated every step of the way — from check-in to vehicle delivery.

• Go the extra mile to createwow moments that turn first-time visitors into lifelong Ford of Pleasanton fans.

• 2+ years of Service Advisor experience
  (Ford or domestic brand experience is a big plus!).

• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.

• A people person with outstanding communication skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced shop environment.

• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
