Here’s What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop Servant Leadership – put people first.

  • Lead inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform.
  • Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.

  • Actively coach brand service behaviors – train, observe, provide feedback and celebrate.
  • Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
  • Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
  • Ensure product quality and operations standards are delivered.
  • Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics.
  • Review sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) goals are met.
  • Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
  • Review inventory efficiencies and create product orders.
  • Evaluate and implement cost controls.
  • Monitor people charts and production planning, making necessary adjustments.
  • Create and monitor schedules and manage onboarding of new team members.
  • Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
Education & Experience You Will Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Effective communication with guests and team members.
  • Conflict resolution and decision‑making skills.
  • Available for all shifts, including open, close, weekends, and holidays.
