What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in‑store and online with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Guide customers through the sales process—from vehicle selection and test drives to financing and delivery.
- Stay knowledgeable on new Ford models, features, and promotions.
- Build long‑term relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior auto sales experience is a plus (we’ll train motivated beginners).
- Strong communication, people, and negotiation skills.
- Positive, energetic attitude and professional appearance.
- Self‑motivated with the drive to succeed in a commission‑based environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
