• This position may require overtime during peak project periods and inventory cycles.

• Receive purchase order requests and create all Purchase Orders (PO) within our procurement software (Quickbooks)
• Review project BOM (Bill-of-Materials) and participate in gathering project materials for pick-up or shipping, upon request when needed.
• Assist with maintaining inventory records by posting materials received and disbursed to the appropriate projects, and reporting discrepancies.
• Receive materials and review PODs (Proof-of-delivery), Pick-up tickets, Receipts and record them in our database system
• Review vendor bill accuracy vs provided purchase orders: verifying quantities, descriptions, pricing, and allocation.comparison of materials and clarifying any discrepancies.
• Upon request, provide material delivery and stock/inventory updates.
• Conduct physical inventory audits/ cycle counts, and report discrepancies.
• Facilitate counter sales and material transfers in the system, when necessary.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly and safe manner.
• Keep open communications, troubleshoot and revise invoices while maintaining a healthy relationship with our vendors.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; PPE may be required
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.

• Basic verbal and written communication skills, able to follow verbal and written directions and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build working relationships
• Basic mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Flexibility to work in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-task, customer service environment.
• Good organization and time management skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
• Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person
• Walking, bending, sitting, reaching and stretching in all directions

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions that would prohibit driving a company vehicle is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel) and composing readable email.
• Familiarity/Previous experience with Quickbooks Desktop Enterprise is preferred

• Pay is based on experience - Range from $22-$26/Hour
• Company paid holidays, plus PTO
