The Production Lead reports directly to the Senior Production Technician, supporting the New Jersey region. The role oversees and assists with cultivation, harvesting, processing, and packaging cannabis products, ensuring adherence to SOPs and maintaining high‑quality standards. Excellent time‑management skills and flexibility to work evenings and weekends are required.

• Oversee and assist with cultivation activities, including planting, pruning, and transplanting
• Monitor and maintain optimal growing conditions to ensure plant health and maximize yield
• Participate in harvesting by trimming and processing harvested plants according to established protocols
• Operate and maintain cultivation equipment, promptly addressing any issues
• Review daily orders and coordinate inventory retrieval with the Production and Facility Manager
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and recording of products in Viridian Sciences POS system
• Maintain accurate records by auditing control documentation from the team
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and troubleshoot equipment problems
• Follow SOPs to maintain consistency and compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with cultivation and production teams for seamless coordination and efficiency
• Ensure all products meet quality standards before advancement
• Oversee cleaning schedules and sanitation regulations to maintain safety standards
• Review the Communication Binder at shift start for updates
• Conduct regular product and supply inventory audits
• Assist in performance evaluations by providing feedback to the Production Manager
• Maintain weekly schedules for trimming and packaging to align coverage with business needs
• Coordinate with the Director of Security on delivery of completed orders for RMDs
• Attend team meetings and participate in training sessions to stay updated on protocols
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

• Age 21+ (18+ in NY)
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Consent to a criminal background check
• Employment contingent upon successful background check
