Position: (USA) Personal Shopper Lead - Sam's

Base pay range

$21.00/hr - $29.00/hr

Responsibilities

Assist management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area by assigning duties, communicating goals, and providing feedback and training on processes and procedures.

Guide associates on member service approaches and techniques, ensuring complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

Support the Open Door Policy, participate in recruiting, hiring, scheduling, coaching, and evaluating associates.

Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials in accordance with company standards.

Oversee operations of Sam’s Club e‑commerce programs (Club Pick Up, Ship From Club, etc.), audit online customer feedback, resolve complaints, and identify trends to support management in implementing solutions.

Supervise associates for e‑commerce programs, providing training and resources, assigning duties, offering feedback, and ensuring coverage at the e‑commerce pickup location.

Execute the Sam’s Club Pickup plan, updating operations with key performance indicators, auditing order fulfillment, and maintaining equipment readiness.

Support projects to improve pickup center efficiency using key performance indicators and leadership insight, modeling appropriate picking and loading processes.

Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, offering guidance, and addressing issues, while promoting company products and services.

Maintain merchandise presentation, handle claims and returns, zone the area, stock, arrange displays, and remove damaged goods, ensuring proper pricing and security of fragile merchandise.

Oversee the picking and staging of pickup orders, ensuring products are selected and staged according to company policy.

Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and partners, and monitoring progress to identify improvement opportunities.

Promote compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethics, assisting management in addressing ethical and compliance issues.

Lead and participate in teams, coordinating assignments, providing advice, and modeling adaptability to change.

Demonstrate respect for individuals by embracing differences, building a workplace of belonging, and fostering opportunities for all associates to thrive.

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation may include premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older. Completion of all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period is required if the position is offered.
