Outside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll connect with clients, contractors, and designers to offer top-quality kitchen and bath products, ensuring every project is a success.

- Present product options and solutions tailored to your clients’ needs, budgets, and design preferences.
- As the sole designer at this location, you’ll take ownership of the entire process—proactively seeking new customers, showcasing the showroom, presenting design ideas, preparing quotes, ordering products, and managing sales through to completion.
- Stay informed on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the kitchen, bath, or home improvement industry.
- Strong Communication
Skills:
Ability to build trust, present ideas clearly, and close deals effectively. - Knowledgeable & Professional: Familiarity with kitchen and bath products, trends, and design principles is a plus.

Salary range: $60,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience. This position is eligible for commission as well.
