Jenkins Plumbing and Heating Co is looking for a driven and customer-focused HVAC/Plumbing Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for selling residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing services, building strong relationships with clients, and helping grow our business. • Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts.
• Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitor activity.
• Participate in sales promotions and contests to maximize earnings.

• Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, or related sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read and understand HVAC and plumbing system specifications.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Valid driver's license and insurable record.
• Comfortable using technology, including CRM systems, tablets, and smartphones.
