HR Administrative Assistant - Part Time

Part Time HR Admin Assistant - On-Site in Plover, WI - $18-19/hour

Fantastic Part Time opportunity in the HR field—our Plover client is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant!

This position will be responsible for:

• Providing administrative experience to the HR staff
• Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
• Assisting with recruitment activities
• Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Processing HR related paperwork
• Maintaining confidential and sensitive employee & company information
• Handling email & telephone communications
• Other office duties as needed

This position will typically work 7am-3pm, Monday-Wednesday. Pay is $18-19/hour depending on experience. This is a long term temporary position with potential for hire based on performance and workload.

• Strong computer skill including intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill & ability to speak with groups
• Top notch organizational skill
• Previous customer service experience
• Proven reliability
• Work experience in Human Resources and an office setting is helpful!
